Patient with a left side breast cancer. Left nipple-sparing mastectomy was performed and Dr. Hubert reconstructed it with a tissue expander below the muscle. At a later stage, Dr. Hubert replaced the expander with a 325 cc silicone gel implant. At the same time, Dr. Hubert also grafted 107 cc of the patient’s own fat to the left breast to smooth it out.
