Case #3655

This 42 year old woman lost 125 lbs. through diet and exercise, which left her with severe hanging skin on her upper arms.  Dr. Hubert performed brachioplasty (upper arm lift) to remove the excess skin.  Like many arm lift scars, hers required steroid injections and laser treatments after surgery.  This helped to achieve a very good appearance to her scars, to go along with great arm shape.

Case #3818

This 62 year-old woman had extra fatty tissue of the upper arms, with only mild skin excess.  Dr. Hubert addressed these concerns with liposuction of the upper arms (removing 225 cc from the right and 175 cc from the left), as well as a short scar upper arm lift (sometimes called a crescent brachioplasty).  This technique keeps the scar in the armpit, so it is not visible with your arms down.
