Mother of two who wanted a better shape and more projection to her flat butt that resulted after pregnancy. She had two sessions of fat transfer to her buttocks. During the first session, liposuction was used to harvest 5 liters from her abdomen, flanks, back, and inner thighs. Then the purified fatty tissue was transferred to the buttocks, using 800 cc on each side. This amount of liposuction (5 liters) is the maximum permitted for an outpatient surgery without spending a night in the hospital. Then a second round of fat transfer was performed with liposuction of 1,600 cc from her abdomen and 1,650 cc from her back. Then a total of 600 cc of the highly-purified fat was placed on each side of the buttocks. Her outstanding result combined removal of the fatty tissue from where it is not wanted and transfer to where it is wanted.
