This 60 year old woman had undergone three previous breast implant and breast lift surgeries. She had capsular contracture of her old implants and sagging of her breast tissue, and she wanted to be somewhat smaller. Dr. Hubert removed the old 375 cc implants and the encapsulated scar tissue, changed the pocket position from on top of the muscle to underneath the muscle, placed new 325 cc smooth round gel implants, and revised her mastopexy to lift the sagging breast tissues back into the correct position, using the patient’s existing scars.
