After being diagnosed with a breast cancer on the right, this woman underwent nipple-sparing mastectomies of both breasts. Dr. Hubert placed temporary tissue expanders at the same time to hold the shape of the breasts. Luckily she did not need chemotherapy or radiation, and Dr. Hubert subsequently replaced the tissue expanders with DIEP flaps. During her revision surgery, all of the tummy skin was removed from the breasts, so that you only see breast skin. Extensive liposuction of the tummy and flanks at the same time gave her trunk an outstanding shape.
