Following mastectomies of both breasts, this patient first had direct-to-implant reconstructions by another surgeon. This result can be seen in the Before photos. The patient did not like her appearance, as the nipples were pointing downward. Her implants were removed, and both breasts were reconstructed with DIEP flaps. A procedure to lift the breasts was performed at the revision stage, and the rolls in front of her armpits were liposuctioned, to achieve the result you see in the After photos.
