This patient had a breast cancer on the right. The first surgery included mastectomies and tissue expander placement on both sides by other surgeons. She then underwent radiation therapy on the right. After that, the implants were removed, to be replaced by Dr. Hubert with her own tissue using DIEP flaps. No revision or touch-up surgery was required. She decided against nipple and areola creation.
