This mom, who home-schools her children, developed a breast cancer on the left. After mastectomy on the left, Dr. Hubert built a new breast with a DIEP flap. She then had a single round of fat transfer to sculpt the left breast. Liposuction was used to remove living fatty cells from her hips and inject them into the breast. She also had a balancing breast lift (mastopexy) on the right side with a lollipop-shaped incision. She was offered nipple reconstruction and/or tattoo, but she declined.
