65 year old woman with breast cancer on the left. She initially had tissue expander reconstruction at the time of her mastectomy. This was followed by radiation on the left. Her before picture is after the radiation treatment was completed. Then Dr. Hubert removed the tissue expander from the left and replaced it with healthy, non-radiated tissue in the form of a DIEP flap. A breast lift (mastopexy) was performed on the right for better balance. She declined nipple reconstruction on the left.
